Free Claude Code skill
Find the ideas your audience already wants.
The Decoder analyzes a whole YouTube channel, every video and not just the top ten, and shows you which ideas and which needs pull against the channel's own median. Then it turns them into ten content ideas for your niche.
Claude Code runs on your computer, not on your phone, so send yourself the link and install it when you're at your desk.

Most people sit down every day and try to come up with something new, and that's exactly how they end up creating random content nobody cares about. The need you should serve is already visible on the channels your audience watches, you only have to measure it.
What it does
1Fetch
It fetches the channel.
The newest long-form videos with their views and transcripts, public data only, straight from YouTube.
2Analyze
It analyzes every video.
Claude labels each one by the idea behind it, the need it serves, the feeling it promises and the structure that carried it.
3Measure
It measures against the median.
A video with 10,000 views means something different on a channel that normally does 2,000 than on one that normally does 200,000, that's why every group is compared with the channel's own median.
4Ideas
It writes your ideas.
It asks for your niche and turns the winning needs into ten content ideas, each with the proof video next to it.
One run
156
videos analyzed
1.46x
deep work and focus
0.78x
identity philosophy
When I decoded 156 of Dan Koe's videos, I didn't have to guess anymore, because deep work and focus sat at 1.46x his median and identity philosophy at 0.78x. Same channel, same face, and a clear answer on which need to serve.

decode my competition
The only cost is your own Claude usage. A 50-video decode covers about 75,000 words of transcript, meaning one normal working session, so let it run while you do something else. Nothing is sent to me or anyone else.
One rule is built into the skill: never copy a title or a script. Take the need and the structure, and write your own.
The bigger picture
This is one skill.
The Decoder is one skill out of the system I run my marketing on every day. Research, scripts, design, video, scheduling and the numbers every morning, and every correction I make becomes a rule it keeps, so the same mistake never happens twice.
